Juicing wheat grass, can it be used as a cut and come again?

Ive been juicing wheat grass for a while now and I am finding it a waste to just get one or two cuts out of it then compost it. So I was wondering do any of you juice? How do you keep the grass a dark green? Is it just a case of adding a nitrogen feed to it?
