Wow! I've had my very first meal with produce from the allotment. Spuds, Spinach & Roacket with a Tuna Steak (I didn't grow the Tuna!)
It was a great experience and something I can get used to! I still have a lot of spinach & rocket to eat and the spuds are coming through perfectly.
Has anyone got any healthy suggestions of bringing them together for a another meal?
