    We often eat 3/4 veg for dinner so that would have to be PSB, cauli and cabbage yesterday, tonight and tomorrow. Last night we ate cauli, leeks and PSB - I will need to serve these all again several times this week and although I love vegetables simply steamed I too love to cook and the family wouldn't want the same tastes day in day out either. Flavours change when foods are cooked in different ways and /or combined with oils, herbs and spices - the different combinations and ways of cooking can bring a whole different taste and look to the same vegetable. I love carrots, we eat them steamed most weeks but Friday nights dinner for two this week will definitely have carrots oven roasted in Chardonnay with thyme and a little butter.
