Pumpkin, sunflower and cranberry bread.

Hi,
A certain supermarket, Te@@o, sells a really nice pumpkin, sunflower and cranberry bread. I love it but at £1.50 a time for a small loaf it does work out expensive as it goes hard pretty quickly.
Has everyone got their own recipe or something similar they could recommend.

My breadmaker lets you add nuts, seeds etc during the mixing. I've added pumpkin and sunflower seeds but not cranberry. Just an ordinary wholemeal bread recipe with extras.

Buying the seeds and the cranberries in small packets aren't that cheap even when you make it yourself, though
You could try adding a few pumpkin seeds to this one

I make no-knead bread. It's so easy. If you youtube Jim Leahy you'll see the way to do it, but you basicall :
In a bowl, mix 500g plain flour, 1 and half tsp salt, 1 quarter tsp instant yeast and 350ml water. Mix until you get a shaggy mess, cover with clingfilm and leave for 12 hours or so. Knock it back, and put it in a parchment lined bowl to prove again for an hour or so It's a very wet mixture, hence the paper. . Heat a lidded pot in your oven. When hot, chuck the bread - paper and all into the pot, put the lid on and bake for 30 mins. Take off the lid, remove the paper and carry on cooking for 20 mins or so or until it's cooked to your desire!
You can easily add anything to the mix. It makes wonderful pizzas too!

Method looks great but I looked at lidded pots and they cost an arm and a leg, so gave up that idea

You can add what you like and you certainly don't need lidded pots! Just put it all in a mixing bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave it. It has great flavour as it's a slow dough. Much healthier for you too han these fast breads.

What temp do you have your oven on at?

I'd heat it to about 220 fan. Then turn it to 200 when I put the bread in.
