I've just made 4 pots of Black cherry and Tropicana jelly- just to see how it sets and tastes.
( Jelly as in Jam- not the wibbly wobbly stuff you put in a trifle )
It's turned out nice and thick- and yummy! ...so....
I was wondering if anyone has had a bash at making Jelly just from Tropicana?
Does it set OK?
Any tips???
