Kitchen Garden Ratatouille

Yes, we are having ratatouille (aubergine, tomatoes, courgette, garlic and peppers) from the garden for supper tonight - along with sautéed new potatoes from the garden and fresh tuna (not from the garden)

That sounds nice Buss yesterday we had a garden gratin using courgettes, kohlrabi, chard, carrots, potatoes and a few peas and herbs.

Did the courgette pasta thing that Bren recommended a couple of days ago - own courgettes, peas, broad beans, garlic and french beans.

I love this time of year - it's like shoplifting in the greengrocers!
