Ok, im trying to find out the name of a veg that our local chinease take aways put in their chow mein.
It appears to be white , roundish ( at least in the meal ) and crunchy.
Ive searched several recipes online but cant find the answer, anyone have an idea ?, im gonna have to ask them to share their secrets otherwise
