Whenever I've made vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise for anyone,they can't tell the difference that I've used soya mince,it has the same texture but needs some flavouring. I cook it from frozen in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil & 2 tblspoons of water,2 cloves of garlic,salt & pepper,let it simmer & soften then add tomatoes & tomato puree to thicken up. Linda McCartney sausages are brilliant,some foods fall apart on a BBQ but not these.
