So far I have done (in fact some have already gone )
elderflower champagne and cordial
strawberry and rhubarb syrup, jelly and butter
cherry jelly
rhubarb vodka
cherry brandy
rumtopf (on the go)
I did try rhubarb ketchup but it turned out as chutney sauce, not quite sure what to do with it.

Not done much this year but so far:
Elderflower cordial
Raspberry jam
Redcurrant and mint jelly - possibly the lovliest jelly ever!
Raspberry vinegar
Currently making whitecurrant wine and whitecurrant run
Possibly making this weekend - strawberry jam and pickled beetroot
Will be making loads more jams and chutneys over time.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Does freezing count? Have courgette pasta bake & courgette potato & cheese soup in the freezer. Soup recipe from BBC Good food website & seriously yummy if a bit cheesy. Courgette, runners & Swiss chard pasta bake happening this pm. Plus dfb & mangetout frozrn plain & a freezer drawer full of fruitAnother happy Nutter...
