Just been back through this thread and worked out I've done 138 jar of stuff. Guess what everyone is getting for Christmas
I have just turned out one of the damson, blackberry and rosemary cheeses which have been maturing for a while. Someone told me that they taste better with maturing.
I am rather chuffed with myself, they are delicious. It would seem that I have at last cracked making fruit cheeses.
Can't wait to see if the 2 wheels of hard cheese I made three months ago are any good.
