I made Susie's courgette brownies http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...16-a-249.html# for a family holiday tea yesterday. No photo - because it's all gone. Would definitely cook again although I thought it was more of a moist cake than a true brownie - maybe that's because I only used 2 eggs (did I guess right). Courgettes were done with a fine grater. Very close inspection of the brownies revealed some small green speckles - but with peeling I reckon they'd have been undectectable.
