  • Recipe cards

As some of you will know, I intend to start running a veg box scheme. I plan to include recipe cards in these and would like permission to use some of the recipes you guys and gals have posted on this thread. I am aware that PW has posted a warning about acknowledging the original source of any resipes uplifted from elsewhere, but I rwally like some of the stuff posted by my fellow grapes.
Do any of you have any objections - you will get a "namecheck" or "tagcheck" on the cards, as will The Grapevine.
    Any comments welcomed

That is a fabulous idea, SR! I'd love to think that a recipe that I made would be gracing the kitchens of Tain!

Perhaps as a curtesy, a quick pm to whoever's recipe you're using wouldn't go amiss...

I supplement our home grown with a veg box and we sometimes get recipe cards, particularly for the more unusual fare - they are very useful and I'm sure they reduce waste by helping people know what to do with their veg, therefore a very good idea.

One point of note, quite a lot of the recipes that are posted on this site will have been lifted at least to some extent from another source, worth checking with people if you're not too sure.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Lovely idea, but as suggested a good idea to check first and people can let you know if a source needs to be acknowledged.

I can let you have a courgette, shallot and goats-cheese bake recipe - I made it out of me own head, as they say!

Great idea Rat. Hope it's very successful. I've always thought traders could do themselves a service by providing recipes with their produce. I'm sure the grapes will help any way they can. Good luck. You can certainly use anything I post.
