I did say I lack skill and I deserve points for trying Thank you everyone for your help. In fairness it was going well I just ran out of time and rushed things for various reasons. Not that my daughter cared she was happy to put the figures on after the blue crumb coating

Unfortunately she has been off from preschool due to various bugs so she was with me when I decorated it and she helped stick on the dodgy snow flakes.

I was given a boxed kit to make a princess cake when I was at school doing housecraft.............. that was fifty mumble, mumble years ago.......

....it's still in its box in the cupboard
