I have split open the big pumpkin, scooped out the seeds and washed them.
The first time I tried to use pumpkin seeds, I just chucked a handful in with some bread I made - they were inedible as you (presumably) have to cook them first.
Second time I tried to use them I roasted them, and they were so solid and burnt, they were inedible.
I'm hoping to avoid a trend here - anyone have any foolproof advice for me?
