These are really simple & tasty, take about 5 minutes to make if you use ready rolled pastry from the shop,I've never made my own puff pastry,if I did it would probably add two hours to the prep time.
Ingredients -
Ready rolled puff pastry
One stick of rhubarbs enough, depends how many you want to make
Plain flour
Brown sugar (or white if you have no brown)
Butter just a small piece for the crumble topping
Icing sugar to sprinkle on top
How to do -
Cut the pastry into squares or any shape you like & put them on some baking paper on a baking tray.
Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 2 inches long
Toss the rhubarb in a spoonful of flour & sugar so they're coated
Put the rhubarb on the pastry leaving a 1cm border edge
Sprinkle on crumble topping, which is a certain amount of flour, butter & sugar but life's too short for measuring things, guessing is ok,more sugary than floury & no lumps of butter in there.
Cook for twenty minutes,180 degrees then take them out & sieve some icing sugar on top.
