Ginger or lemon and use Demera sugar.

Cook the rhubarb with ginger and orange juice; use oats in the crumble.

Sunday night made oaty crumble with gluten free flour and rum soaked raisens but most important melt in the mouth "forced rhubarb"

Only a dusting of sugar to keep the sour kick...

Orgasmic (this will probably get edited) is the only way to describe it.

Greg Wallace would have loved it.

Last year my strawberries in a trough got cooked while I was away for a couple of days. They ripened too quickly with insufficient water so were small and a bit dry. Not wanting to waste them I threw them into a rhubarb crumble.

It was fantastic - way better than I expected.
