You’ve forgotten the stair lift with controls so easy “he got the hang of them straightaway”.

A friend of mine was removed from the 3 bedroom housing association home and put into a one bedroom flat in an old people’s home. Whilst I understand the reasoning behind this and it is right that a house of that size should be lived in by a family, it is nevertheless cruel. He was born and brought up in that house. He is a painter and decorator and kept the house and garden beautifully. He loved his garden. He still works, isn’t a pensioner and no longer has access to a garden he can work himself.

He's either very confused or he's after something - and it can't be your money!
