New neighbour....

Just come back from France and found this little creature living in our attic over there......

Sweet eh???? It peeped in through our velux window when we'd just gone to bed!!

Apparently they also chomp their way through beams which is not so good
but they are a protected species which is good.

Now need to work out what type of owl came to welcome us!

We saw the vast majority of our lifetime's wildlife when cycling through France over many years and particularly some of the very out of the way camp sites we stayed on. Always magic!

Nicos, do everything in your power to get rid of the little buggers. Apart from the fact that they're smelly, at night they can be so bloody noisy - no, not making little animals, just charging about in the grenier - and they can do serious serious damage in your loft.

My neighbour has them and it's costing him a small fortune in euros to repair the damage they've caused.

Nicos, I wouldn't encorage vermin in the house, and that's what these creatures are - beautiful vermin. And you will regret the damage they will do. Be hard hearted and get them cleared out.
