Oh flipping heck! I've just read this whole thread from start to finish today and I've gone from 'yay' to 'boo' so many times my nerves are shot!
I'm glad it's at a high point right now though. Nothing worth having ever comes easy but all the hassle will be worth it in the end. Good luck!
Btw, you could add me to the come help list. I have tools and I don't eat much. Although I am partial to a wee glass of rose from time to time

Funnily enough I've been binge watching YouTube videos lately, mostly on gardening but some are on 'tiny houses' (these are specific things, they are not just houses that are small, lol) Anyway, a number of people have asked for community help and loads of building projects have happened quickly simply through strangers volunteering. Different people have different skills and the ones who are not builders or carpenters are happy to be labourers or wine drinkers. *cough*.
