There's a fairly high chance the planners didn't actually start back to work after Christmas till Monday (7th). So they've probably only had 3 days with it and there another fairly high chance they haven't stopped laughing yet , to do anything about it!

The waiting is driving me insane.

And yes grand designs is a must watch. Just to see how not to do thing really. Luckily it seems to be on 5 days a week

Heard back from planners. It's a big fat NO. The email was all in very technical jargon, but it's probably a none starter. Waiting to hear what the architect says before we give up completely. It's not looking good.

Don't give up yet. there may be some tweaking that they would accept.

What a shock for you both,all that work,hopes and dreams,hope the architect can throw some,plain understandable words,that you can understand why they came to that decition,feel for you,how long have you got,before you vacate where you are,grrr and grrr on your behalf.
