Hmm sounds yummy, do you know what type of mushroom is it ?... I love eating mushrooms too .
Too bad, my garden are covered with peebles, no way of finding any edible ones ( seen some fake chanterelle at the north facing area and some black puff ball at nearby area ).
I just ordered some king stropharia mushroom spawn for home growing experiment.

    Cheers

        Hi Jacob,
Thanks for letting me know, enjoy your horse mushroom... .
If you have surplus of them, try to dry them, the consistency will improve ( usually ) and you can use them later in the winter month or you can just sautee them with a bit of butter and some herbs prior to deep freezing.

        Enjoy,
        Momol
