Soggy Saturday here as well after a miserable Friday.

Good morning, that's all my work done for now,breakfast made,dishes washed, dusting and hoovering done, it seams to be the wrong eye that was worked on as she seems to be keeping her beady eye on me, I would have thought that would be the one that was strained the most now getting ready to go out and if it means I have more housework to do when we come back we will be out all day

Morning all, I'll skip the "good". Cold, wet and miserable and Hollie dog has been sick in my lap.

I'm taking a friend to hospital for tests later which is probably the only reason I can see for getting out of my PJ's today apart from needing clean ones after the Hollie incident.

I won't be surfacing until late tomorrow. Just booked Sky Sports Action day pass so its wall to wall boxing from now until early tomorrow morning.Highlight is Ortiz v Wilder rematch earl yin the morning. Let;s get ready to rumble.

We were very lucky with the weather as the rain stayed off.

Came home from taking a friend to hospital to find that my eldest has moved in. I have no idea as to where he's going to sleep in my building site. At the moment he's comatose on the kitchen counter, full of whisky. Mattress on the floor tonight and sort something else tomorrow.

His dog won't leave his side and doesn't understand what is going on.

Good evening, was out for a short time today, had lunch then some shopping for our daughter and returned home quite early and. I should have followed my instincts, we were no sooner home having a cup of tea when she suggested that we move the furniture around "so that she can see the tv better"( I thought that why she got her eye sorted) however I did move the tv, OH sees it as just lifting it from one spot and putting it in an other, I am quite sure she thinks the aerial is eradicated and it shouldn't need any added to it, however now that it has been moved I must add it it helps me hear it better ad it is now on my left hand side and the hearing aid picks the sound up better,though I won't be telling OH I would be told she thought it would, or she prefers it where it was. Well enjoy what's left of the weekend, remember a smile reflects inward as well as out, and enjoy your boxing match Snadger. Goodnight

Evening all, had to get the turf in this morning in the rain, then spread my turf and wood ash out on the box hedges, been doing this for the last few weeks and the plants seem to like it.
Then chopped kindling for the week, spent time in the poly tunnel sowing seeds and transplanting cabbage plants, and spring onions. Then an afternoon of Heineken Cup RUGBY and my team Leinster Rugby won in Lyons France.

Then we collected our granddaughter for an overnight, she’s not 2 yet, but going on 22. Brought her home and instead of going to bed decided she wanted to play Dinky cars with my grandsons cars. Just got her to bed now.

Morning all. Bright blue and a bit breezy this morning. Didn't bring in enough firewood yesterday, so with any luck any superficial damp will dry up sharpish.

More rain here, really? - getting right fed up with it now, but keep reminding myself that at least we don't get proper flooding here, like poor souls further up country. I want a nice dry day to plant my onion sets...…
Curtains are finished, except the hems. I need to put them up this morning so they can drop, before I do the hemming by hand.

It's Stir up Sunday, so guess what I'll be doing later?
