I finally managed to persuade OH to go swimming with me this morning as he had two quick appointments first thing not far from the swimming pool.
Being France(a law unto it's own logic) I thought it best just to check it's opening times as they are different during school holidays.
Bah. Opens at 12
No way have we time to hang around for 3hrs even if we are right next door to the place.
Be interesting to see if he'll go with me this afternoon. Maybe tomorrow? I hate swimming on my own
So...think I might start putting away some of the decorations and doing a bit of a spring clean at the same time.

Work, billing, play. In that order. Play is gardening in some form or other, even if it's only planning because it's too cold outdoors.

I got home last night, nothing like sleeping in your own bed/place, is there?
Mollycat going mad for cuddles this morning. The opposite of last night - when I first got back, she was ignoring me/being her usual snooty self haha!
Not doing much today, probably have a good sort through the seed box and make 2019 plot plans.

Morning, dull and cold here.
Worked a full and full on day yesterday. Will not be doing much today, although I can feel a trip to the GC coming on. All that talk of potatoes ......
Must make more cards for the charity shop, and I have an order.

Good morning all,was nice outside,did a bit of a garden inspection,pulled the odd weeds and a few more carrots,and it felt good,looks like the loganberry i moved is ok,it looks like tiny buds appearing
,last night the central heating would not work,thought,mmm,ring em up,then i put new batteries in the remote thing,and it is fine,would have felt a right numpty if i had 
,as for onion seeds,think i threw them as were old,so forget that one,anyway up,have a lovely day all.

Just back from swimming
The place was empty!..fantastic
It was just like a private pool.
Quiet night in for us...early supper and an early night. All this partying lark a couple of days ago is just too much for me

Put the bin out, emptied the ashes from the burner and fed the birds, then promptly sat next to the fire for the rest of the day trying to learn one type of gull from an other from a book...…(don't ask)Comment

-6�c here this morning and -1�c now. I too fed the birds. they have such a hard time when its frosty.
I watered the onion seedlings and then went to get a couple of tyres on to the front of the car. Ouch, but never mind, snow forecast and better safe than sorry. Other than sitting in front of the telly and cooking the tea - Lasagne, been a non event dayComment
