Morning grapes, waiting for the wife to wake up and make an objective review of my leg as I think the cellulitis has spread a little more overnight as it's sore around the edge of the redness once more, and I may have to go back to AEU for them to test my blood and review current medication, I have an appointment for the 24th but they told me any problems to go back to them before.

I'm just getting fed up and wanting to feel well again, and be able to stand for longer and get some time in on the allotment. Hopefully the new medication for my diabetes will reduce the sugar in my skin so the bacteria has less to feed upon.

Another frosty garden here, down to 2.5C in the greenhouse overnight Brrr.
Tommies and peppers still indoors in the warm, but they're getting a bit big now.
Plotting later if it warms up - the wind has been biting the last few days, my back doesn't like that at all

Morning all, been awol due to being over worked at the Charity shop.
Garden is looking fine, hubby is well on top of the lawn, whilst all the new perennials I put in are up and going. Quite a few plants coming up from last year too.

Morning all. Went out last night to see a friend who lives 2 km away, max. Probably less as the crow flies. Leave his place and the air temperature is positively warm. So I start thinking about seedlings and leaving them out overnight. Get back home and it's perishing cold here. Gah!

Plus, to add to the frustration, had planned to take up a pair of trousers this morning (need to look nice-ish for a do this afternoon) and I can't find the sewing kit. Mr Snoop has hidden it. No idea where and he's out. More gah!

Anyway, I can fill the time by doing some washing-up instead. Marvellous!

This afternoon will be nice, though, so I'd better stop being fed up soon.

I've had a very garden-orientated day today! Went to a local garden centre this morning, had a tasty breakfast and bought myself a rosemary. Then I was helping out with mowing a partner's lawn and weeding and planting some veg seeds (beetroot and onions). Then back round to my garden to actually plant the rosemary, plus weeding and generally seeing how things are doing.

Now time for chocolate and curling up on the sofa, methinks!

Evening all, next phase of the post op rehab, just had an Indian takeaway, something that often levelled me before the gall bladder removal, no ill effects so far lol.
No gardening other than routine cosseting of seedlings and kind words and paint brushing the strawberry flowers to aid pollination.

Not sure what we're up to today. I'm officially the wrong side of 40 today , might go away in the camper with children. Have to water things first though.

Early start with the cats then back here for breakfast with the friends who are staying, then off to Pegasus Bridge.
Exhausting but very interesting day.
Over eating, over chatting ( moi????)...fantastic company.

Mrs Mop day for me today and if time a quick nip to a couple of small Vide greniers .
I need more jam jars!!!!
