Still dark innit?
Still snuffling and spent the night with rolled up tissues in my nostrils -oh joy.
Glad to say our heating was already on when I woke up -I hadn't realised how chilly it is out there until I let Hibou out.
My friends who live in Sweden , near the Artic Circle, said it started snowing yesterday -which is the start of their winter freeze which goes on until May
Not sure if I'd enjoy so many months of white...I do enjoy being surrounded by green -even our winter green.
Only job I need to do today is sort the damsons we picked at our daughters, and get them frozen

Thanks for the offer Nicos but i'll pass. I've got to drink water now and fill my bladder up for a scan I am having today at the hospital. Then after that I am back home to finish decorating the kitchen(well making sure the OH has not messed up lol)

Weather rubbish here, but no signs of this storm we are meant to be having. Will be back later.

Not as cold last night and sunny this morning Rain forecast for later so best get a shift on to catch the bus, change my library books, have a mooch round the shops and get back before it starts. Well that's the plan at least!

We got the least of it on the east coast.
However, it's still raining and breezy si indoors for the time being.
We are waiting for our granddaughter to come home with her junior cert results and we will take her out to lunch,

Grey and miserable weather but at least is wasn't as cold last night. Not a gardening day though as everywhere is sodden and lots more forecast for tomorrow. Ark building anyone?
If I can summon up some get up and go, I'll be back to painting....

Late arrival again today. Mr Snoop has been hogging my computer. It's quieter than his. He said he was being self-indulgent and I reminded him it isn't his birthday anymore... Mind you, it is our wedding anniversary. Anyway, he's off out with the dogs and I can now drop in and say hello.

Got a few jobs to do today. For one, finish off digging up the potatoes. I rather lost heart the other day. Bit of paid work. Maybe go out for a pizza tonight. Been cooking up a storm recently (am back to Britain in a few days and it's a long visit, so I've been filling the freezer with meals for Mr Snoop - he's not a natural-born cook...) and could do with a break.

Still full of a cold here, and only slept for about 4 hours due to dribbly nose, so I cracked on with drawings/plans for the lounge/hall/landing which we plan to start on Monday.
No doubt it won't be so straight forward, but it's always good to have some plans to refer to!
Can you see my nozzle glowing ???...yup, that red glow is my nose, not the sun!...

Sadly the hunting season has started and the guys are out in the woods behind our house. Hibou is very frustrated as she wants to go out but I never risk it. At least they don't hunt every day.
The shots really make my stomach churn...poor things .
