Good afternoon all,cold and wet here,ground is sodden,realy feel for those with floods,it is so dark with it,the hens are in the poly tunnel,sometimes the green house,son doing better with the leg,a long way to go still,it cut the leg,bounced of the knee cap,into leg again and cut tendon 80% the way through,surgeon said he was lucky,and got to take good care,he is a worry bless him,have a good day and Bgood2yrselves

Afternoon all. Thanks for the kind thoughts, AP and Nicos. She did come home. The vet couldn't believe she is nearly 17, she looks in such fine condition still. Anyway, no diagnosis for the problem we took her in for (bowels) but they found a sizeable growth in her chest. So, she's got a week's worth of antibiotics on the off chance that will sort out the bowels and some other stuff to slow down the advance of the growth. She's not in any pain and she still has a decent quality of life. So fingers crossed.
