Good evening all.
What a miserable day weather wise.
Rain, fog and so grey.
Spent the whole day doing house cleaning for the upcoming season.
Dragged all the furniture out of my sitting and dining room.
Got doen on my hands and knees and washed all the wooden flooring.
Polished it off when it dried
All the presses and drawers tidied up and half the rubbish emptied out of them.
Washed and polished the settees suite.
Cleaned the blinds.
Washed down the doors and polished, all the glass in them.
All in all a trying but a very satisfying day.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

No matter now, it will have a comfortable retirement.

The weeks fly by so decided to get stuck in today as it was too wet outdoors to do anything.
Fairly shattered now.
Tomorrow will be running around after my 16month old grandson so another busy day.

Morning all. Overslept this morning and got woken by the builders kicking up their generator. It is very odd seeing a crane surrounded by pine forest. I'm surprised how wobbly it is as it moves around. Just as well it's not a windy day today. In fact, it's a perfect day: bright, clear blue sky. Temperatures are due to rise again today to 19 ºC. This isn't normal, honest. We'll be back to frosts on Sunday.
Busy work day today. Also got some loaves I want to make. So better get a move on. Have a good one, everyone.

Good morning all.
Lashing rain and miserable.
Waiting for my son to come in with my grandson.
He will certainly brighten up the day.
Enjoy whatever you're doing.

And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
