Is it too early to see buds? I may be imagining it?? Oh, I so hope this hedge grows
It looks good to me so pleased we've done it...just a little late (20 years! But who cares?!)
Made me happy watching our three hens being happy scratching around in my newly turned soil, producing a fine tilth with no effort on my part. Me happy, hens happy, worms not.
Having a honey bee for company this afternoon.
It made me stop and look around for a source of nectar....a few daisies in the lawn, one clump of snowdrops, one or two crocus , a few helibores, and one stumpy little iris.
That's not going to keep it and it's mates going for long.
It flew off before I had a chance to get some sugared water, but it's definately made me rethink early flowers for the garden next year.
Still, it was lovely company whilst it lasted

Hibou made me happy too...she kept me company in the garden, playing with everything I was moving around and generally either distracting or getting in the way!
It was lovely and sunny too which also made me happy...bliss

Yes, sunny weather and a warm greenhouse for seed sowing, always make me happy
I must find the wire mesh that goes across the open greenhouse doorway, cos Molly wondered why I clapped my hands at her when she started digging in there. Saw what she was up to just in time
Today cold early but smelt that change in the air, flock of Geese flying over which always indicates the weather is on the up-change and was a lovely warm day later!
Hopefully "Spring as sprung"
But never trust March! Always unpredictable!
But heres hoping!
