Hi Lumpy,

Well Done for facing your issues head on and finding the resolve under strained circumstances to making this positive change. It's an easy trap to fall into, when you're under the cosh you're unawares of how coping tools in time become problems all of their own. Been there as well. Just take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself up if your resolve breaks on any one day. Scratch it and start over tomorrow, just keep focused on the bigger picture and the rest will fall into place on it's own
