Congratulations!!! Did you get to enjoy the results or were they demolished by judges and fellow competitors?

Nope! I couldn't even be there to watch!
It's been a fantastic few weeks for us trying out new dishes at home....and loads of last minute panics

Tell you what though.....the guys and gals who do this for a living work REALLY hard- I'll never eat a meal out again without thanking the chef.

Well done Mr. Nicos! I know what you mean about chef's Nicos, even though I've not gone through what you & yours have I still think you have to be mad to be a chef, all that running around, long hours & not very good pay (unless you're Gordon Ramsay of course!)
