Sorry Mandy - wasn't meaning to accuse you of being lazy and having a manky house! Just putting up a warning about some of these sprays on the market.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Preventative measures...
Hi all,
we had our shower replaced / retiled earlier this year, and have been religious in always using a squeegee (can get them for a couple of quid from Ikea) to scrape off excess water into the shower tray, then wipe everything down with a dry flannel.
It's a right pain, takes 5 mins or so, but keeps the grout & silicone white and mold free. Every few weeks, OH sprays a weak bleach / water solution all over the tiles & grout, just to make sure they stay clean.
We had it done in Jan, used twice every day since, and still no nasties...
There's an eco shower spray too, although have never tried it

We are the same Geordie - quite religiously squeegeeing down the water and wiping everything down. We got our shower three years ago and it is still looking very nice indeed - so well worth the effort.~
Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.
