Having just made a loaf tin of sticky chocolate cake, aka fridge cake and feeling guilty about it just got to ask, Do raisins and glace cherries count towards my five a day. I have a feeling I'm going to have to eat a very large portion for it to count.!!!!

So I think you're going to have to eat at least half the cake
I am not really a fan of sweet things (other than chocolate) and it was my sister who gave me the recipe for this fridge cake and said (very tongue in cheek) "It's good for you of course, it's got fruit in it".
I'm not in the slightest bothered about dieting etc. I never get weighed and suppose I might worry if my jeans got too tight.
I'm very much a believer in enjoying my food and obviously our allotments provide a great variety of fruit and vegetables and plenty of exercise.
It made me laugh when a younger relative who thinks he is fit (regular gym user) called round and offered to finish off the plot I was rotavating. He was so stiff the next day he could barely move. I did suggest he gave me his gym membership fee and I'd let him come round as many times a week as he wanted......or he could even come for free and take some veg home. Not seen him at the allotment since......
However, it is now nearly time for elevenses, so time for coffee and cake I think and then some weeding.
