My walnut tree is dying? Carpenter question....

    It was pruned by a tree surgeon 4 years ago. Taken a third off the crown. The main trunk is huge. It's never had any suckers or any branches forming lower down.
    This tree is about 60 years old...maybe just time to go. The last few summers we've had very little rain.
