  • Discount codes

Now that we are getting to the time of year when present buying is coming to the fore for most of us (yes,I know some super organised folk out there will already have everything made/bought and wrapped ), just a quick reminder about online shopping and discount codes.

If you get to the payment page of the site and it has a discount code box, it is worth goggling to see if there is a code available. Often there are codes out there, lurking but not advertised or promoted. They may be from a previous year but still work. Yesterday I purchased 4 metres of fabric (to make placemats and napkins as a gift) and found a 10% discount code from 2017 that was still accepted and applied at the payment page.

So I saved £6, just for a quick goggle.

Give it a go, there's nothing to lose and possible £££ to save.

    Endless wonder.

Or, if you don't mind doing two things at once, like watching TV and do something on your phone - earn money while you're doing it. I've got an app called Qmee on my phone, but you can use their website too, to fill in surveys about all sorts. I've had it for about a year and cashed out about £80 so far.
If you wanna give it a go, you get 50p if you use my referral link (I get 50p too). It's mindless, and I think £80 is good for mindless. And it cashes out to Paypal or your bank account, and it's instant for me. I keep it on Paypal and buy more seeds
