        • Happy sunny Tuesday evening!
Its been a pleasure to be in the garden today. I'm sure more flowers are opening every minute.
Sowed lots of seeds (peas, dwarf runner beans and broad beans), tidied the geraniums that have been out all winter (there are a few less now.) weeded with the chicken (I weed, she eats the unearthed bugs and digs) and played fetch with the dogs. They fetch, not me!! Sometimes, I wonder how I cope with all this work.

Its a Pink supermoon tonight - don't forget to look!

              • I can't believe how boring the TV is. I bl00dy hate football so that should be a bonus, but who on earth decided that "You've been framed" was a good alternative to a soap. I'm off to bed early with a good book and the dogs. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully as warm as today.

                  • evening all, I've been guddling about cleaning, tidying, seed sowing and generally keeping myself busy. my usual sowing dates are out the window with shows being cancelled so reassessing what needs sowing and when.

                      • Good evening, glad everything is OK with your OH Snadger, wise decision phoning the doctor, my OH has had 2 hospital appointments cancelled which I am thankful for as she was quite worried about them.
received 2 food delivery's today the first one was from our son who brought milk, bread, cold meat and best of all a box of chocolate icelolies, then shortly after that our daughter turned up with porridge oats, lentils, eggs, scone mix and a real treat our granddaughter who brought lasagna that she had made for us which was very good and of cours we spoke to the boys by phone I got more soil sterilised and sowd some more seeds, onions, courgettes, cabbage and kale then potted on some leeks, tomatoes and lobelia then covered all my plants with fleece as I think it going to be cold overnight as it was very cold when heading back into the house, going to watch a bit of TV now, keep safe, stay at home and stay happy
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Poor old Boris, first he gets the virus then he gets the clap.

                          Get well soon, old boy!

                            • Mornin n'alln'all
Grey start to the day -infact it was cloudy all night so I didn't have a chance to see the moon. Darn.
I was looking forward to following the ATLAS comet over the next few weeks but that seems to be fading in brightness as it approaches the sun. Pity cos it's 6,000 years since it last passed by and I doubt I'll be here to see the next one

However....the garden awaits and that will more than compensate

                              See ya later peeps!

                              • Morning all. Washing done and hung out on line. Enough logs for today's use brought in and stacked.
Just the younger dog to take for a walk now, the older one barely manages the garden where she has killed my grass off in places.

Usually he is jumping up ready for his walk at this time but he is lying there fast asleep without a care in the world. If I mention "Wee wee poo time" he will just about do a back flip and take up his position by the door though I am sure.

Have a good day folks and look after yourselves.
