  • Morning all,sun is out for now,and fairy busy,am very slowly getting to grips with Linux,MR gets full AA allowance, that's how i get my fairy, could manage without, but,it gives me the freedom to do things i want to do,like my growing, when things happen that changes our lives, after a while it becomes the norm, and just get on with it,peeps that know me personally say how well i cope, but that is me,another challenge, sink or swim,no doubt more will surface after seeing the GP,and then the memory clinic, just take it as it comes, thanks for listening friends,as for respite care it feels like abandoning him, plus a lot of money, could NOT do that to him or myself, there are others far worse of than us.
    This eating or not lark,if am hungry i HAVE to eat,no way could i stick to a disiplined routine,some day i not want a lot,others i need my treats,see yer later's,Bgood2yrselves x

      • Good afternoon, all this talk about fasting, if I go from 8 at night when OH makes the supper till 1 when I usually go to bed without eating I think I am doing good, when I was younger and into sports my trainer told me to cut down on the bread I ate so I told my mother just to give me half the quantity of bread in my piece (packed lunch) but as the work I did was extreamly heavy that lasted for a week and had to tell my mother to go back to the 16 slice
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

          • VC....that reminds me of when I bought my first horse from a horse dealer I used to work for in my spare time.
He was an unbroken 3year old and I had had him castrated and he was recovering in a field near Lymm in Cheshire.
This was back in the 70s and the dealer had no way of contacting me as it was premobile phones and she lived in a caravan.
When I went over to help her one morning she said she'd had a crazy night.
            Hmmm..I thought raising my brow!
No...your ****** horse got out of the field and got into the M56 ( which was being constructed at the time) and taken himself off to Chester!!!
            Yup...about 25 miles
The police only traced the dealer as she had bought the horse a few weeks previously at the auction house and he was the only Appaloosa ( spotty) horse anyone had seen for a long time.
She'd been woken by the police hammering on her door in the middle of the night, taken her horsebox and caught him and drove him back to her place and put him in one of her stables.
Kind or what?...but what a crazy horse eh???( probably wanted to get as far away as poss thinking I'm not staying here if that's how they're going to treat me!)

                • Good night all.
                  Had a lovely evening out.
Went to the cinema to see Little Women.
                  Very enjoyable movie.
Just myself and daughter as it is very much a movie for women.

You will find yourself a partner,

                  • Evening all apologies from me for not being on for a few days, I’ve been working in Italy for the last week, only got home after midnight last night, pretty tiered, early starts 6:30 which is really 5:30 for me and late nights. I was in Parma in northern Italy home of parma ham and Parmesan cheese. Fantastic foods.

Up early to check Euromillion wins. All £10.20!

Looks like biggest frost so far. Bird bath frozen.
Clear sky promises a dry day but "feels like" temperatures look chilly. Going to have to keep moving outside.
Will probably have first open fire tonight.
