      Afternoon all,very frosty here,and it's hanging about,however,the sun is bright with no heat in it,Snoop you are welcome to snow,i suspect we will not be long for it.

        The frost has gone but it's freezing with a biting wind. I'm not back at work until Tuesday and I'm having lunch with my daughter tomorrow so no sner thanks!

          Good afternoon just back home after a night in Edinburgh to see The Lion King, a great show very enjoyable, on the way back home OH wanted to stop off at a mill shop, which was not so good however as we also bought some clothes for me it wasn't too bad and Snoop you suggesting the cushion under the thighs reminded me of the times that used a pillow under my knees to ease the pain and yes it did work so I would recommend that AP gives it a try, right for out to the greenhouse for a time, catch you later
          it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

          Member of the Nutters Club but I think I am just there to make up the numbers

            Evening all, we had a very cold start to today -4’C, went to the poly tunnel later in the morning and found water spraying out of the hose sprayer which had obviously frozen over night, putting the membrane down over the gravel proved to be a great idea as I had no water mess to deal with.

              Good evening!

              Not sure where that weekend has gone!

              Fishing yesterday.. out fished by my 7 year old son who caught the only fish of the day..

              Managed to finally use my kelly kettle, awesome bit of kit! Photo attached..

              AP I had back pain on and off for nearly 10 years, my GP diagnosed damage to the Sacroiliac Joint, and no treatment was available.. I went along with this for years, just visiting for painkillers and sedatives when it kicked off..

              Until a friend recommended an Osteopath nearby, I'm not one for 'going private' the lad I saw - I say lad, he looked around 12.. imagine he was 25 ish.. Was amazing!

              The first hour session he man handled me and dismissed the GPs diagnosis and identified a ruptured disc in the spine.

              I had physio, along with deep tissue massage, was given muscle strengthening exercises to do.. and after 3 trips to him my back was amazing! And touch wood, it hasn't come back. It was by far the best £150 I have ever spent!

                  Very heavy frost this morning-it's lovely seeing the pretty icecrystal shapes isn't it?
                  Off out in a sec to go and get more paint -not looking forward to driving along unsalted icy country lanes though

                      Cold and frosty here as well, I felt the cold before I even opened the curtains IYKWIM Mollycat didn't even ask to go out, so she agreed
                      Domestics today for me after it's thawed out enough for me to go and get the paper.. perhaps some of that pesky ironing pile.

                            Twenty centimetres of snow and still falling steadily. Those big flakes I used to love as a kid. Mind you, I used to like the tiny ones that crunched like polystyrene underfoot. Anyway, weather as forecast but looks like we'll get more snowfall than they said. Amazing that satellite internet is working. Dish is covered in snow and the air is full of it.

                            Other than that, not much news. Oh yes, firewood delivery man came yesterday. So we're snug and warm.

                                hi all gorgeous day now, but sub zero temps in our greenhouse for last 2 mornings, -3.5 today, and hard stampy frost on ground outside..

                                Means.I have spent ages playing with puppy and his ball instead of any real housework while kids are in school
                                Anything is possible with the right attitude, a hammer
                                and a roll of duct tape.
