It's a jpg at 1.24 MB which is well under the stated size (1.9MB). Normally for me when it doesn't like a picture it just refuses to upload, this gets halfway through and then throws an error message
I'll try again and C&P the message if I can.

We alerted Admin weeks ago asking them to look into this and as yet we have heard absolutely nothing from them, even with prompts.

I have given up trying to post pics.
