Mine will be cinnamon pancakes topped with Apple sauce (I've found rather a lot of it in the freezer) and yoghurt.

Tuna & sweetcorn with grated cheese on top then under the grill to melt,had this years ago at a pancake house & I copy it my daughter prefers chocolate spread.

No its not, its delickious.
In the old days I used to make pseudo Dutch pancakes - Thickish ones, covered in grated cheese, crispy bacon and "stroop" (Can't spell it) but it was like maple syrup.
and a veggie version for me with toasted cashew nuts instead of bacon.

They were really nice. Might make them again one day - but not tonight.
