Picture to your profile

Can anyone explain to me how you add a picture to your profile please as can't find how to do it.

Go to "Settings" then "My Profile"
"Edit Avatar" is the picture that shows on your posts;
"Edit Profile Picture" is the image that is on your Profile Page.
