Who is snacking on all his staff? There's food to order online surely?
Some NHS staff are told that if they can't get emergency child care and have to stay at home, they have to take unpaid leave. That's nice.

Don't you find that it's getting a bit much to deal with? I mean, I'm really quite resilient, and fit and healthy, but it's really getting to me how people talk to each other on social media and how ignorant some people are - both in being over-cautious and not cautious enough.... and most of all, who knew there were so many bossy boots out there!
I need a hobby that I can do when I can't do gardening
Try beekeeping..
You won't have time for gardeing in summer. :-)

Spotted online.
'I was on a long line at 7:45 am today at a grocery store which opened at 8 for seniors only. A young man came from the parking lot and tried to cut in at front of the line, but an old lady beat him back into the parking lot with her cane. He returned and tried to cut in again but an old man punched him in the gut then kicked him to the ground as he rolled away.
As he approached the line for the 3rd time he said, "If you don't let me unlock the door, you'll never get in there."My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

I need to get out as if indoors I eat. Probably because I know the food is there so I eat it.
Cannot do too much in the garden as the council tip/refuse/recycle place is closed so whatever I sort out just lies around in the garden. All I seem to do is organise a pile of stuff to throw, and then another but still the stuff is in the garden.
Where is the mountain bike.
I do hope they remove the rather boring NHS professor that keeps telling us what he wants us to do. He is just annoying. There is a use for a remote - change channel fast.

Heard a Dr. on TV saying in this time of Coronavirus staying at home we should focus on inner peace. To achieve this we should always finish things we start and we all could use more calm in our lives. I looked through my house to find things i'd started and hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiumun srciptuns, an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how feckin fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner piss. An telum u luvum. And two hash yer wands, stafe day avrybobby!!! ❣sigpic

DH has gone to pick up his repeat medication and the dog’s special food& tablets from vets.
Vets have a great system, call once there but stay in car, they will put meds in box, then wait on other side of door for you to collect.
Chemist, take your chances and go in. DH called and asked re delivery and they laughed at him.
We are aiming not to go to town for a few weeks after today. School holidays started here at lunchtime. Yah for no more home schooling.Elsie

I have spent an hour or so trying to get my husband used to using his 'phone to get news, keep in touch with his family etc. I think I am fighting a losing battle.....but I will keep trying.
As for other elderly relatives......I'm sure 5 year olds would be easier to reason with.
I think I"ll look for my inner peace (as recommended by Jay22).
