Thank you, my lovelies
We're going out to our local pub tonight to celebrate - the usual Table 15 crew of seven (questionable) adults, one child and one toddler.
Oh wait - that was last year!
We are able to do the same in a way. Our local pub is providing take-out meals, you phone in your order, pay over the phone, then turn up at the collection time on a one-in one-out basis.
The three lads of our group take down a plastic milk carton for the beer. We then all open up our iPads or lappies at our own tables and fire up HouseParty. We've had two such nights 'out' in the last couple of weeks.
Different times, different tools
