      Had to log off and go and make a spotted dick. It is now steaming for the next hour or so... soon to be eaten with lashings of hot creamy yellow birds custard.

        Thats my sort of supper Jax none of this fruit salad milarchy good old spotted dick & custard! The other day me & my better half where peckish so we whacked one of the homemade Christmas puds in the Microwave & had that for supper It lay a bit heavy when you first got into bed, but then the Alchohol kicked it and good night Vienna!!

          I used the recipe from the Dairy Book of British food that Lesley recommended and I have to admit that it tasted fantastic. Just have to think what pudding to make next.... Decisions decisions.... Life is so hard.
