I would change nothing except buying the paddock behind our house (owner not looking to sell at the moment but if cash no object I could buy him off!) and have an orchard with apples, pears, plums, quinces and walnuts.

i would sort out a couple of close friends first (pay off mortgage etc) would be nice to see the look on their faces. apart from that i would like to run art/craft etc workshops for children who haven't had the best start in life/have had to deal with things that most adults will never experience and give them a place where they could have a holiday, some time away where they could be kids for real. i would also like to write kids books

If money were no object, I'd buy a bigger, better house with land, somwhere that I could erect a windmill, have an orchard, keep small livestock etc without fuss or local objection. I'd aim to be as self sufficient and comfortable as possible.
I'd also have staff! Much as I like cooking, gardening etc, it would be a delight to have someone to help me out with the heavier and duller tasks.

"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

I like where I live, but it's rented so I would buy it from the landlord. I would also retire from my fulltime job (but possibly carry on part-time). I live on my own and need to work to pay the rent, but it would be absolutely lovely not to worry about money and to have the time to spend with my children and grandchildren (and on the allotment)

I'd be indecisive!! Travel or get small-holding with more animals? Dish it out to help others too?...then there's the kids... don't want to spoil them, so life would have to stay fairly normal!!
Too difficult - our plans are to travel for a year once they've left home, then to buy our small-holding and settle down to perfect peace for the next ?? years.
Life actually is quite good now! But, we still have to dream eh?!

Dream as I might, my bad back would stop me from working a small-holding so I shall have to be content with doing as much as I can on my allotment. A little more cash would be nice so I could work part-time and an extra room in my flat so I can have a library, somewhere I can shut the door so I can take up dressmaking again, out of reach of my two cats who are a right liability when it comes to laying out fabric, at the moment I wouldn't dare to use the machine with Georgie ready to pounce any minute.
Otherwise I'd carry on as I am at the moment, happy in my work and love my allotment.
My real pipe-dream would be to buy the empty supermarket site (ex Morrisons) in Tunbridge Wells and turn it into a centre for local food and producers emulating the Goods Shed at Canterbury. It would be huge, I could have a restaurant, exhibitions, open a post office and sell some wonderful Kent produce.

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.
