Glad to hear the leeks are growing well Jennie, we had some last week in cheese sauce, absolutely gorgeous! Now I'm really glad we've still got 300+ growing for the winter!
Awwww Guy's you really missed me Yep I can lay to rest any roumour that there was a conection in the combined abcense of myself & Mrs Dobby - It's purely a coincedence.... honest guv.
I've been a tad busy otherwise engaged as they say and just haven't found time to post much. I have been keeping an eye on you all.

Thanks again for the welcome home everyone! Glad to hear that others 'partington leeks' are going strong!
Nice to see you back Nick, and you'd always be welcome around here!
Picked up my glasses today, dont seem to make too much of a difference as yet, but do seem to make everything a little distorted, shorter and fatter rather than taller and thinner, only hope thats the glasses and not that my eyes were distorting things hat way!
I'll have to keep persevering with them and see how I get on I suppose!
Things went from bad to worse today, the only keyholder in tonight rang in sick, leaving us with only 3 of us to run the store, so no lunches, I did manage to arrange for another keyholder to come in and lock up, so I could leave on time to collect my glasses, but then one of the branches thats supposed to be supporting us (and covering my branch whilst we are all trained on the new computer system) rang up to say that one of the staff that was supposed to be coming to us had rung in sick, so I then had to ring around to try and find some other cover, otherwise there would be only 2 on the shop floor all day tomorrow, thankfully one of my part timers has agreed to work 10am til 8pm to help out! Stress? Nah, its much worse than that! lol!
Mrs D, sounds like you're havin a bit of a nightmare time @ work...?! Pity they've timed the computer work to coincide with the onset of cold/flu season..! Hope you manage to stay sane thro it all, and get to the lottie a bit to recharge.
Nick, how's the garden revamp and new plot going? Have you put any piccies up yet?
