  • what makes u a stronger person?

what life experiences have made you a stronger person, made you realise that there's more to life, maybe had that moment and made you open your eyes and see something that you had always had and never seen before?

    Mmmmmm????????????????? Good one!

My Dad dying of lung cancer at a young age certainly had a profound effect on me!
It affected all my family, non of whom smoke now!
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

A few members of my family have had some life threatening health problems. Don't know about making me stronger, but its made me not sweat the small stuff anymore.

it's when you really do hit rock bottom that you really do appreciate what you once had ....
and when you start to get those things back, you appreciate them even more ....
and if something goes wrong, you know it's "nothing much", nothing to get stressed or upset about, because you know life ain't that bad, it could be much worse!

Have to agree with Farmer Gyles, its not until you've stared over the edge into the abyss that you can truly pull back, find the inner strength to go on and continue your personal journey and life. I've faced a fair number of challenges, some of which have come close to breaking me, but I'm a lot stronger person for having lived through them!

As Fredereich Nietzsche says 'What does not kill me, makes me stronger!'
