No instructions needed. Not only did I remember to put the washing out, but I remembered to bring it back in again, too; and I shall probably put another lot in tonight.

Tania is doing well thanks - I am speaking to them both twice each day. Scarey due back Saturday afternoon, four guests due Sunday morning.

Now your jobs for today are;

• Have a large and relaxing drink.
• Put the Limoncello out for the dustmen, you know they'll enjoy it.
• Wednesday, before going to work, cuddle the Dustbin between 04:00 and 07:00 hrs, culminating before leaving in a full-blown conversation as to how you feel your day will be in comparison to hers'....
• When the coffee jar is getting empty, sod it, go to Starbucks.
• Hide any empty bottles accumulated in the last couple of evenings by slipping them in the supermarket bottlebank while buying the identical replacements.
• The cat does need shaking vigerously at least twice a day.
• Buy and fit an automatic opener or two to The Grown-Up Girls Greenhouse Doors and windows.
• If a frost is forecast make sure you wrap up warm, sit in your favourite chair by the fire and drink your favourite whisky.
• If the Estate Agents phone with a potential Viewing, ring rent-a-maid to "stage" the cottage beforehand
• A bunch of fives looks like that thing on the end of your arn and is free. Can be used to make another free item colloquially known as a 'thick ear'.
• Pick anything ripe when you notice it, especially Cheddar.
• Good advice on a Sense of Humour is given by Portugese Racing Sardines!

Nah. We have this lot sussed. After a dry week I had some brilliant plans for today - then it rained!! Oh well, indoor project number 28 ...

i put the cat in the bin,watered the lemoncello and fed the dustmen,did a quick" flit "as you ladies call it round the house with the duster at five this morning then went to work in chipping camden ,then on to hospital in gloucester to see wellie.Boy does she look good, and im hoping to bring her home if all goes well tomorrow, HOW COOL IS THAT,best i do the washing up tonight me thinks............

Fantastic news Trousers dearie - Really hope that you can bring her home tomorrow, I'll bet you can't wait.

Don't worry too much about the dusting - I never bother much and I even had a lovely plaque for my birthday from some dear friends to that effect
