  • For the Cat lovers and pic posters

Met these gorgeous kittens and their mother last week in Dubrovnik. They were all living in that hole in the wall. They all looked fine and healthy so hope all goes well for them.

Well I was going to show you the pic but got a message saying "upload of file failed" Tried another pic I know I've posted before and got the same message. Are we having a temporary glitch or is it something to do with me. Anybody else having problems uploading a pic ?

    Let's see.....

Yep - think there must be a hitch - I've just tried to put up the piccy of the green manure that I posted up earlier (with success) and have rec'd the same error message.

Hope that mods/admin can sort and we can see your photo soon, Alice.....

There's a family of wild kitties living underground by the side of the barn at the back of The Scareys Alice that I'd love to post a piccie of before I leave for you all to see.
If I don't manage to, maybe Clare or Keith could later?

                    Awww!!! They're lovely!

Has anyone ever seen an 'ugly' cat? I always think they're gorgeous... even the baldy ones...

I would like to get through to my dotage happily, safely and with good health then turn into a kind old lady with loads of cats.....but my house must be clean, 'ish maybe just a little dusty at times.

We found this one in the hedge opposite our house 10 days ago. It was screaming blue murder, no sign of mother though. Buzzard taking great interest and fox not far away to judge by the noise from the woods.
Female and 8 weeks old and now tame and called Moppet.
Other two cats reaction is opposite. Old male sighed and ignored it, young female went ballistic, but has begun to settle down with it, though still anti.

Never seen a tabby with stripes like this one, almost like a chinchilla...go faster stripes?

                            Hello Moppet,

Very sweet and well done you for giving her a home. My tabby has rings on her tail just like yours. She was also a ferral kitten.

So a couple of weeks later than intended, work has commenced on my anti-ratty tunnel today.
