My OH knew of someone who had the windowsills removed, and the ceiling light wires cut flush with the ceiling! Some people are nasty.

I am so glad the completion finally took place Catbud. When my son moved they had everything packed up and ready for the removal men at 9.00 am the following morning. Then the phone rang at 4.00 pm - the move was off! The reason because the bank wouldn't send the last of the papers to the solicitors. So we raced to the bank and got the papers and delivered them ourselves. The bank was virtually next door to the solicitors!

Thank you for all your kind messages. My mum treated me today and bought me some lavender and box plants for my new garden

I tried a different approach when we moved in here Cat bud. I loaded our stuff in the van & then came around & helped them move out I seem to remember I got paid in the form of 6 cans of beer . Then we went thru like a tornad before all our stuff came in.
