after dutifully filling in the online form for this months GYO giveaways, it got me wondering, we never hear of the 'winners' for these. has anyone on the 'vine ever 'won' one of these giveaways?

I enter loads of competitions on line and never get anything - did get some free seeds last year from subscribing to a web mail but that wasn't really a competition (and then I lost the seeds in a mad clear out so very disappointing!!!!!)
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

I enter the GYO competition and giveaways every month, never won anything yet. Still, it doesn't cost anything and if you're not in you can't win.Comment

I once entered a comp in a wood working mag and won a very expensive bench saw. With regards to GYO though, I enter every month and havent come close.
I think Dave and Ben must have all the prizes hidden in their sheds.Comment

Hahahaha, how did you know? I can assure you that the information gets given to the 'correct dept' to choose the winners. But you know how it is, you've got to be in it to win it. So keep your entries coming in and good luck in the future.
